Do I need to know how to box before I sign up?

No. Participants of all abilities are welcome to participate in the White Collar Boxing program.

What is expected of me after I sign up?

We will contact you to discuss your program in more detail. You will need to commit to a 10 week training program & a commitment to raise funds for a chosen charity.

Where do I do my training?

You will attend The Ring Boxing Club, 69 Ewer Street London SE1 0NR. Nearest Tube: Southwark on the Jubilee Line.

Do you supply equipment for me to use?

Boxing gloves & Equipment is supplied at The Ring Boxing Club, however, you are more than welcome to bring your own gloves & Kit. You will need your own gum shield.

Do I need to be fit?

All fitness levels are welcome so don’t worry about your fitness level.  Everyone starts at their own pace and you’ll soon see your own level improve.

What should I wear?

Track suit bottoms or shorts, a t-shirt or vest top or any training gear you feel comfortable in.

How often should I attend?

We run training camps throughout the year. We will advise you of the next start date.

Are there any age limits?

To attend our program you need to be a minimum of 18 years old, and you could continue to 65 depending on your physical ability.

How much does it cost?

The training program is free. However, you must sell the minimum amount of tickets for the show. Tickets sales cover the production of the show and your training program.
